Goodman’s Fields is a mixed-use 7 acre urban quarter providing a selection of exceptional studios, one, two, and three bedroom apartments and penthouses together with new retail commercial space, student accommodation and a hotel.
Iconic London Project
Upscale Management Service is delighted to be providing lead planning role to a top tier UK major construction firm on the Phase 1 of an iconic £600m project which aims to, when completed provide 661 new homes to the borough, 36 storey landmark residential tower, 9,500 sq. m of space dedicated to new shops, cafes, bars and restaurants and around 200 car parking spaces
The first phase of the project which is scheduled for completion by second quarter of 2017, involve the restoration of heritage buildings within a Brewery complex and construction of 338 apartments and the basement for the whole development as well as an energy centre and links to the Southside shopping centre.
The development will preserve many of the site’s historic buildings which will be restored and refurbished. A micro-brewery and a brewing museum will also be part of the completed scheme.
Working with the main developers Sisk, Upscale Management has been planning the transformation works to loampit vale roundabout and has been involved in the delivery of the phase one A of the twin towers of 60 and 126 apartments respectively. Phase one B is already on the way.
By removing the roundabout and creating Lewisham Gateway we will reconnect the DLR, train station, and also many nearby residential communities with Lewisham’s town centre, provide pedestrian-friendly shop-lined links as well as new high quality homes and deliver a new large open space at the heart of the proposals, Confluence Place.

Working with a top international construction firm on behalf of a major consultancy, Upscale Management Service provided planning and programme management services for this London project.
The Verde SW1 project offers great panoramic views of the Buckingham Palace, the west end and royal parks, this commercial development provides 282,000 sqft of grade A office space and 6 generous roof gardens in 10 floors of large flexible floor space. The project has since been completed.
